  Join Fiorenzato and Pietro Grinders at their GrindSlam Competition. Over three fast-paced rounds, you’ll be racing against the clock and other competitors to win a Pietro, a set of burrs and a Wacaco Picopresso!
 
Round 1: GRIND 18g of coffee as fast as possible to prepare an espresso with Wacaco Picopresso. You will be evaluated on quantity (at least 32ml in the cup) and quality.
 
CLEAN the Pietro with the appropriate brush, carry out the burrs replacement and reassemble the grinder. The five competitors who reassemble the grinder correctly in the shortest amount of time will proceed to round two.
 
Round 2: REPLICATE the recipe by David Orazi, NY Coffee Masters Champion 2022, using the extraction method he designed and find the correct TDS. The coffees will be evaluated with a refractometer for a first skim and will then be tasted. The three contestants who prepare the coffees closest to the recipe will proceed to round three.
 
Round 3: IDENTIFY which filter coffee was prepared with a MultiPurpose grinder and which with a Probrewing grinder in the shortest time possible. Three different coffees will be tasted, with different levels of difficulty. Whoever guesses the most cups in the shortest time will be the winner!
