For Roast Masters 2019, our official green coffee supplier of the competition, Armenia Coffee, worked with a coop called P.T. Ketiara to source a coffee specifically for the event.
The coffee, which is called Ketiara IPAK Gayo, hails from a women-led cooperative in the Gayo Highlands of Indonesia. Not only does Ketiara provide stellar premium coffee, this coop creates opportunities for women and builds a sense of community for the farmers within the coffee business.
If you're a coffee nerd like us, here are the nitty gritty details.
