The New York Coffee Festival 2019 was buzzing with excitement all weekend long, where over 11,000 New Yorkers came to celebrat the city's vibrant coffee scene.
We cheered on some of the biggest baristas at Latte Art Live and watched them compete in Almond Breeze's Breezey Masters and Bluestone Lane's 2019 East Coast Championships. Congrats to Sean Ben-Zvi for winning Breezey Masters and Flook for taking home the Bluestone Lane Champsionship (and a sweet Mahlkonig prize)!
Up on the 4th floor, 25 of North America's top Roasters joined us for Roast Masters. The competition was fierce and the judges were tough, but ultimately Rodrigo Vargas and Brian Lam from Elixr Coffee took home the prize. Congrats!
Industry innovators led inspiring panel talks and workshops in the Lab, from Art of Tea's masterclasses to cupping sessions with Faema and Counter Culture Coffee.
Foodies fueled up at The Street Food Market and at The Kitchen where NYC's top chefs, including Michelen star chef, Kevin Adey, performed live cooking demonstrations.
Thank you to our attendees, vendors, baristas, roasters, volunteers and everyone else who made NYCF 2019 a smashing success! A special shout out to our amazing sponsors (you know who you are!) who helped make it all possible.
See you next year!
