The Sanremo Opera Group was created with the help of world-class baristas, engineers and development specialists from around the world, with the aim of creating an espresso machine that helps baristas perfect that cup of coffee through precise control of temperature, recipe and interaction.

According to John Gordon (UK Barista Champion, 2011-2013) and Sasa Sestic (World Barista Champion, 2015) “the coffee it produces defies logic”.
