“My life is chai...” explains Amy Rothstein, founder of Brooklyn based chai tea company Dona Chai.

Handcrafted in small batches using fresh ginger, vanilla bean, freshly ground cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns and organic black tea, Dona Chai's ingredients are steeped slowly to build up the complexity of each flavor and to preserve the purity of the spices.
