Coming to the New York Coffee Festival all the way from Germany, The Barn Coffee Roasters opened their specialty coffee roastery in September 2012.
Working closely with coffee farmers, they use only handpicked Arabica coffee beans, always following the taste of the coffee bean and working around the flavour profile of each coffee to ensure they showcase each terroir and farmer – microlot by microlot.
With all coffees roasted on a modified 1955 Probat roasting machine and tested daily by their baristas, The Barn never blend their coffees, making sure that each one is light in roast, yet clean and fully developed.
At the Festival
