Devoción’s story begins in the vast, untamed regions of Colombia’s most inaccessible zones…

Since they began, Devoción have aimed to create a new facet of the American specialty coffee industry.

By using only the most intensive and advanced brewing and roasting techniques and applying them to coffee that is fresh from the farm, they open up a new world of flavour profiles.

All of their coffee beans are dry-milled in Bogota and shipped to the USA to be roasted in their Brooklyn HQ just 10 days after harvesting.
 

At the festival

Find out more about Devoción’s unique and specialized logistical chain and their close working relationship with the Colombian farmers, before experiencing the freshness of Devoción’s Colombian coffees.

They will be sharing their coffees through a variety of brewing methods, including V60 pourovers and the French press, as well as offering samples of their cold brew on tap.

Visitors will also be able to see the stunning Rancilio Classe 11 USB Xcelsius espresso machine in action.
