Improve your home barista skills with Irving Farm
Enter Irving Farm's raffle to win a range of professional barista classes at their new Chelsea-based educational space - The Loft.
As they approach their 20th birthday in 2016, Irving Farm has a lot to be proud of, with four Manhattan cafés, a roastery in the Hudson Valley and new educational centre The Loft which offers classes for both professionals and home baristas.
The company has also developed strong links with coffee growers in Central America and continues to perfect the quality of their roasting, brewing and coffee shop offering.
At the festival
Prepare to be spoilt for choice with a huge selection of coffees.
Irving Farm will be making cortados with their Blackstrap Espresso, as well as pulling a rotating selection of their closest relationship coffees from Amaro Gayo, Ethiopia; Los Lirios, Honduras; and Santa Isabel, Guatemala – all using the latest Slayer Espresso machine.
Irving Farm baristas will also be brewing Don Pancho and Los Plantanares from Honduras on Kalita Waves and if you fancy something sweet, try their delectable Peanut Butter Almond Milk Latte over ice – nutty and refreshing.
Once you’ve tried every coffee they have to offer, enter their raffle for your chance to win classes on everything from cupping to advanced espresso at The Loft - their educational space in Chelsea.
