The Sanremo Opera Group was created with the help of world-class baristas, engineers and development specialists from around the world.
Their aim was to create an espresso machine that helps baristas make that perfect cup of coffee through precise control of temperature, recipe and interaction.
According to John Gordon (UK Barista Champion, 2011-2013) and Sasa Sestic (World Barista Champion, 2016) 'the coffee it produces defies logic.'
That's why Sanremo's Opera Group was our machine of choice for 2016's Coffee Masters NYC competition, as well as for the festival's brand new feature, Latte Art Live.
Plus, throughout the event Sanremo ran a series of workshops, covering topics such as The Importance of Measurement, and the philosophy behind that other wonderful machine, the Cafe Racer. See the full 2016 schedule below:
