Project Waterfall is the official charity partner of The New York Coffee Festival.

By donating 100% of profits and fundraising throughout the event, The New York Coffee Festival 2017 aims to raise over $100,000 for Project Waterfall. All funds raised will support clean water projects in the Rulindo district of Rwanda in partnership with charity: water.

Since 2011, Project Waterfall has raised over $1 million, bringing clean water to more than 25,000 people in coffee growing communities across 7 countries.

At this year’s festival, Project Waterfall will be keeping visitors hydrated by selling ‘fresh drinking water’ for a suggested donation of $2 a cup. Hydration Stations will be available on each floor.



Project Waterfall will also be running a Water Challenge on their stand to raise awareness for the daily struggle to collect water for many families in coffee growing communities. Visitors will have their strength and endurance tested to see who can hold a jerry can full of water for the longest and the winner will walk away with a prize hamper full of goodies. The challenge will cost $2 to enter and all proceeds will support this valuable cause.
