3TEMP

3TEMP was established in 2013 to develop, manufacture and market high end coffee equipment. Innovation, control, flexibility and design are important corner stones in our development process.
In 2015 the first model of the Hipster brewer was launched and today we have 5 different models and they are distributed in more than 20 countries. We have worked with coffee machine development for many years and we decided to take a different approach on filter coffee. We want the barista to be able to control the extraction by opening up new recipe parameters like dividing the brew process in three stages with different temperatures through out the brew process etc.

Flat Brew

Coffee is as coffee was until Flat Brew™ set out to explore all that the perfect espresso could be.  The result:  A luscious, smooth espresso spread, with a kick.
Flat by name, but not by nature, Flat Brew™ is the new way to enjoy the perfect espresso -- spread indulgently on your favourite toast or simply devoured by the spoonful, no demitasse cups required. So, whether you need a mid-morning push, an afternoon jolt or a little something extra as you burn the midnight oil, Flat Brew™ has got you covered.
With Flat Brew™, we didn’t set out to change when you take your espresso moment, but how you take that moment instead.  For the record, we recommend that you take it by the slice, by the spoonful or, perhaps, even, in a pain au espresso. Flat Brew™ made in London is launching exclusively at the New York Coffee Festival.

Truth Coffee

Coffee in the cup should deliver on the promise of the aromas of freshly ground coffee. Until we achieve that, there is no rest for our team. "Flavor not bitterness" is the chorus echoing around our cupping table. The pursuit starts with sourcing and farm visits. Micro-lots of exquisite green beans from the best farms, with the most dedication to their craft. Because we believe one is either part of the solution or part of the problem. We believe in a process of continuous learning. The reason our quality is so widely recognised is because we are constantly striving for a better way.
